Animating a photo is image-to-video: you keep the still and add a short motion. It is the most reliable way to get a Reels-length clip without inventing a face from text. In NEIRON you can do it with Kling or Seedance, no VPN.

Pick a still that can move
- Sharp face, visible edges of clothes, not a tiny selfie in the corner.
- Room for motion: hair, fabric, steam, a hand — not a brick wall with no moving parts.
- 9:16 if the clip is for Stories or Reels. Crop before generation, not after.
Three steps in the studio
- Open the video generator and choose image-to-video.
- Upload the still. Write only the motion: “hair moves in wind, slow push-in, keep face”.
- Check duration and credit cost, generate, download. If the face morphs, shorten the motion and regenerate — do not stack five verbs.
Kling or Seedance
Kling is usually stronger when the camera should invent a path and the still is a starting frame. Seedance is often calmer when you already have a character still and need the same person to stay on model. Veo is for a single cinematic beat, not a daily content mill.

If the face drifts
Go back to the still. Rebuild it in Nano Banana Pro with a face lock, then animate the new frame. Animating a blurry or composite portrait will not “fix” identity.
