Privacy Policy

This document describes what personal data may be processed when you use NEIRON (the "Service"). The current version is available at "/privacy".

1. General

The Service operator determines processing purposes and safeguards for the website, web app, Telegram Mini App, and related access channels unless stated otherwise.

By using the Service — registering, signing in, paying, uploading materials, or receiving generations — you confirm that you have read this Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Data we may process

  • Account and contact data: email, display name, public profile tag, messenger identifiers (e.g. Telegram Mini App data), and information you add to your profile.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/app type, language, session identifiers, cookies, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Usage data: generation history, model settings, prompts, attachments, and public profile or feed publications if you enable them.
  • Payment data: usually processed by third-party providers; we may receive transaction status, amount, currency, and limited identifiers needed for accounting.
  • Support communications: message text, attachments, and context needed to help you.

Please do not send special-category personal data in prompts or files unless required by a specific feature and permitted by law.

3. Purposes

  • registration, authentication, and account management;
  • providing Service features (generation, storage, feed, chat, etc.);
  • credits, payments, and refunds where applicable;
  • security, abuse prevention, and service improvement;
  • legal compliance and responses to lawful requests;
  • important notices about the Service where permitted.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on contract performance, consent where requested separately, legal obligations, and legitimate interests (such as security and aggregated analytics) when they do not override your rights.

5. Processors and AI providers

We use hosting, storage, payments, email, analytics, and AI API providers. Prompts, attachments, and outputs sent to external models are also subject to those providers' policies.

6. Retention and cross-border transfer

Data is kept as long as needed for processing purposes or legal requirements. Infrastructure and subprocessors may be located outside your country; we apply reasonable safeguards where required.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in, preferences, abuse protection, and basic analytics. Restricting cookies in your browser may disable some features.

8. Your rights

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Contact support through channels listed in the Service.

9. Security

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data. Network transmission may use encryption (e.g. HTTPS). Absolute security cannot be guaranteed — protect your passwords and devices.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at processing children's data without required parental consent. If you believe such data was submitted, contact support.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The new version takes effect when published at "/privacy" unless another date is stated.

12. Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent through in-app support or contacts published on the website.
