Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using NEIRON. By registering you confirm that you accept them in full.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of the NEIRON online service (the "Service"), including access to AI-powered tools for generating and editing content (images, video, text, and other formats).

By using the Service — including browsing, registering, paying, or generating content — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service nature and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, specific output quality, availability of third-party APIs or models, or indefinite storage of generated content.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may not match your request or prior attempts. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. AI and content risks

  • Models may produce inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Generated media may resemble real people, trademarks, or copyrighted works — you are responsible for lawful use.
  • You must not create or distribute illegal content, violate third-party rights, or use the Service for harm, fraud, or prohibited purposes.
  • You assess legal compliance (copyright, privacy, advertising, age restrictions, etc.).

3.1 Prohibited content. You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that includes child sexual abuse material, illegal pornography, instructions for crimes, violence or hate speech, or violations of intellectual property or privacy rights.

3.2 Enforcement. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without refund of unused balance.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or third-party claims arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Payments, credits, and refunds

Some features require in-service credits, subscriptions, or other payment methods shown in the interface. Prices and packages may change with reasonable notice; paid periods already purchased are honored unless stated otherwise.

Payment grants access to infrastructure, not a guaranteed creative result. After a generation starts and credits are debited, refunds for subjective dissatisfaction are generally not provided except where required by law.

For clear technical failures (double charge, charge without starting a job), contact support. Refunds or credit compensation are at our discretion within applicable consumer protection rules.

6. Account security

You are responsible for credential security and activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed as needed to operate the Service under applicable law and our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use NEIRON you consent to such processing.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is published at "/terms". Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless law requires a different process.

9. Final provisions

If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then under applicable law.
